Writing the GMAT test without studying is along the same lines of attempting a marathon without any training. Take it from Amy Choi, a reporter for Bloomberg Businessweek, who took the test with no preparation and admitted to her ears sweating from frantically trying to remember high school geometry.
If you are thinking about pursuing your MBA this year at Schulich then writing the GMAT is required for admission consideration (GMAT can also be used for application to our IMBA, MF, MAcc and MSc programs). In order to help you prepare, Schulich is offering free practice GMAT exams. We are the first school in Canada to offer this practical tool that can help you test out your abilities and pinpoint which sections you need to focus on. If you are also interested in taking a prep course you can sign up for a GMAT Masterclass with Bobby Umar, the “Tony Robbins” of GMAT and receive a $100 discount by using the promo code SCHULICH2014.
Make sure to take advantage of this upcoming event as well as the free tests as they are available for a limited time only!
Let’s hope there is truth to the saying, practice makes perfect!
